This scholarship reflects the shared mission of STEM Mentorship Matters (SM2) and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) — advancing excellence, impact, and service through STEM.
This award will support one college student attending National Society of Black Engineers 2026 Annual Convention (NSBE2026) by covering:
What the Scholarship Covers
Round-trip flight to and from Baltimore, Maryland
NSBE 2026 Convention registration
If registration has already been paid, funds may be applied toward lodging
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be enrolled in a U.S. college or university
Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate STEM degree
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Be a current NSBE member
Reside in the United States
(Domestic and international students attending U.S. institutions are eligible)
Preference given to students pursuing healthcare innovation, medical engineering, or patient-centered impact.

Photo of current class schedule (proof of enrollment)
NSBE Membership ID
GPA (3.0 minimum)
